Todd Brumley
Todd brings more than 40 years of experience across commercial banking, executive leadership, capital markets, and CFO advisory services. He has served as CFO, President, Founder, Senior Debt Advisor, and Business Development Executive, providing a comprehensive perspective on financial strategy, operations, and capital formation.
Throughout his career, Todd has structured and closed financings including senior debt, growth capital, and recapitalizations. His experience spans acquisitions, business transitions, exit planning, and the financial and operational scaling required to support sustained growth. Earlier in his career, he managed middle-market loan portfolios of up to $75 million as a commercial banker, giving him firsthand insight into how lenders evaluate risk, cash flow, and management teams.
As an entrepreneur, Todd has built, scaled, and exited multiple businesses, allowing him to advise owners and CEOs from both the operator and lender perspectives. As Band Director of Rockstar CFO & Accounting Services, he provides firm-wide leadership that ensures consistent standards, disciplined execution, and practical, results-driven financial leadership.
David Byrnes

David Byrnes
David Byrnes is a seasoned, hands-on financial leader with more than 25 years of experience supporting construction, engineering, professional services, and project-based organizations. As a Rockstar CFO, David brings disciplined execution, deep operational insight, and calm leadership—anchoring financial performance so management teams can make better, more confident decisions.
David has served as CFO, Controller, Divisional Controller, and Director of Finance across general contractors, affordable housing developers, engineering firms, and FAR-regulated professional services organizations. His expertise spans job cost accounting, work-in-progress reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, overhead rate development, audit management, banking and bonding relationships, and complex revenue recognition under ASC 606.
Known for rolling up his sleeves when needed, David excels at building timely, accurate financial reporting, improving billing cycles, strengthening internal controls, and aligning project teams with financial accountability. His experience includes leading multi-entity environments, supervising accounting and payroll teams, implementing ERP and project accounting systems, and serving as a trusted advisor to owners, presidents, and executive leadership teams.

Jason has supported founder-led and venture-backed companies from early commercialization through rapid scale, designing financial architectures that connect ARR/MRR performance, pricing strategy, and customer economics to enterprise value. Kris Olsen

Kris Olsen
Kris Olsen is a seasoned finance executive and strategic fractional CFO with more than 25 years of hands-on experience helping CEOs and business owners gain visibility, control, and growth momentum. Kris excels in challenging environments where financial infrastructure, operational discipline, and clarity are needed most.
As the founder of Olsen Consulting, Kris has worked with a wide range of middle-market companies, startups, founder-led enterprises, and multi-entity businesses, providing interim CFO leadership, financial strategy, process improvement, and systems implementation. His expertise includes financial planning & analysis, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, clean financial reporting, cash flow modeling, KPI development, and board-ready financial insight.
Earlier in his career, Kris held senior finance leadership roles including Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for a company as it went public, as well as finance and operational roles supporting growth, restructuring, and audit readiness. He is known for quickly identifying root causes in messy financial environments, instilling disciplined process, and helping leadership make better decisions with confidence.
With an MBA in International Business and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credential, Kris blends technical financial skill with practical business sense, bringing structure, predictability, and strategic alignment to every engagement.

Jeff Ritchey
Jeff Ritchey is a highly accomplished financial leader with more than 30 years of experience guiding high-growth technology, manufacturing, e-commerce, and consumer product companies through scale, transformation, and complex financial challenges. As a Rockstar CFO, Jeff brings clarity, rigor, and forward-focused financial leadership that enables executives to pursue growth with confidence.
Jeff has served as CFO, Senior Vice President of Finance, Controller, and Finance Director across family-owned businesses, private equity-backed companies, and publicly traded organizations. His expertise spans financial planning and analysis, detailed financial modeling, cost and pricing strategy, banking and cash management, audits and controls, ERP implementations, mergers and acquisitions, and international operations.
Known for translating complex financial data into actionable insight, Jeff has consistently improved profitability, accelerated cash flow, shortened close cycles, strengthened balance sheets, and built financial infrastructures that scale. His leadership includes SEC reporting and SOX compliance, acquisition integration, credit facility negotiations, and performance measurement systems that drive disciplined execution.
Jeff holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and brings a steady, analytical presence to leadership teams, providing the structure, precision, and foresight that allow businesses to grow without losing control.
Nathan Tudhope

Nathan Tudhope
Nathan Tudhope is a hands-on finance and operations leader who helps high-growth consumer and CPG companies scale from entrepreneurial expansion to institutional readiness. As CFO of Legendary Foods, he helped grow the business from approximately $50MM to more than $150MM in profitable revenue, building the financial and operational infrastructure required for sustained growth and investment.
He led ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics 365), secured and expanded Wells Fargo ABL and equipment financing facilities, oversaw the company’s first financial statement audit, and built a strong finance and accounting team while partnering closely with the CEO and founder.
Earlier, Nathan was a key FP&A leader at Quest Nutrition through its $1B acquisition by Simply Good Foods, and advised emerging CPG brands including Liquid Death and Califia Farms.

Scott Wingate

Scott Wingate
Scott Wingate is a seasoned CFO, COO, and strategic advisor with more than 30 years of experience stabilizing, scaling, and transforming middle-market businesses. As a Rockstar CFO, Scott brings hands-on operational leadership, financial discipline, and systems-driven execution, bridging strategy and day-to-day performance.
Scott has led finance, operations, HR, and IT across manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and service-driven companies, including private equity–backed platforms, multi-location operators, and complex turnaround situations. His experience includes ERP implementations, KPI dashboards, cash flow and treasury strategy, GAAP compliance, lender and investor relationships, and both buy-side and sell-side M&A.
Known for stepping in when clarity and structure are needed most, Scott has repeatedly rebuilt financial infrastructure, restored banking confidence, improved margins, accelerated cash flow, and aligned organizations around measurable performance. He excels at creating operational rhythm, connecting people, processes, and systems so companies can scale without losing control.
