Todd Brumley brings more than 45 years of financial, accounting and operational experience to the entrepreneurial lower middle market. Having served as a banker, CFO and serial entrepreneur, Todd understands business from both sides of the desk—as a financial professional and as a business owner.
His expertise includes financial reporting and GAAP accounting, budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, cash flow management, internal controls, banking and capital relationships, M&A, KPI development, and financial process improvement.
Todd works directly with entrepreneurs, owners, CEOs and leadership teams to provide clear financial insight, strengthen financial operations and help management make better-informed decisions. His focus is not simply on reporting what happened, but understanding what comes next.
